Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using https://lovimprints.sitesplaced.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. ________________________________________ 2. About Us “Lovimprints”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the brand operating this website. “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone accessing or using the site. ________________________________________ 3. Products & Nature of Work All products are handmade and may have slight variations in colour, shape, or finish. These are not defects but part of the handmade process. Proper care is required. We are not liable for damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, or disregard of care instructions. ________________________________________ 4. Shipping & Delivery • Physical products are shipped within India only • Orders are processed within 10–14 Working Days (Mon–Sat) • Delivery takes approximately 3–8 Working Days after dispatch Once shipped, delivery timelines are subject to courier partners and are beyond our control. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin) If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response: • The customer is responsible for coordinating with the courier • If the order is returned (RTO): o Re-shipping will require additional charges ________________________________________ 6. Proof of Delivery (POD) Disputes If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours at lovimprints@gmail.com. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation. ________________________________________ 7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements We only accept requests in the following cases: • Damaged product received • Wrong product delivered Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (an unedited unboxing video is a must). All claims are subject to verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject requests based on the proof provided. For complete details, please refer to our Replacement Policy. ________________________________________ 8. Order Cancellation All orders at Lovimprints are handmade and made-to-order. Once payment is received and your order is accepted and confirmed, no cancellations are accepted — for any reason, at any time. ✦ Order Acceptance and Payment confirmation = final order. No cancellations, no exceptions. • This applies to all orders — standard charms and custom Claymeons, logo charms alike • Cancellation requests sent via DM, email, or any other channel cannot be honoured under this policy ✦ In rare genuine circumstances, Lovimprints may choose — entirely at our own discretion — to offer a goodwill resolution. This is never guaranteed and cannot be demanded as a right. ________________________________________ 9. Payments & Currency All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). In the rare event of an approved goodwill refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. ________________________________________ 10. Custom Charm Payment Safety Note For Custom Charm, Payment details will only be shared via our official email or WhatsApp DM after order confirmation. If you receive payment details from anywhere else do not pay and contact us immediately at lovimprints@gmail.com. Please verify before you pay. Lovimprints will not be responsible for payments made outside our official channels. When in doubt, always reach out first. ________________________________________ 11. Discounts & Promotions Discount codes may have conditions such as a minimum order value or product applicability. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice. ________________________________________ 12. This is simply to ensure clarity and protect both you and us - so there are no misunderstandings about what was agreed, ordered, or delivered. We believe honest and open communication makes for the best experience for everyone. Custom Order Policy IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before placing a custom order. • Right to accept or decline We reserve the full right to accept or decline any custom order, including Claymeons and Logo Charms. Every project matters to us, and sometimes we may not be able to do it justice, in which case We'll let you know honestly and kindly. • In the case where payment has been made before our review, and we are unable to accept, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. • Order confirmation Submitting the custom order form does NOT confirm your order. Your order is confirmed ONLY after we accept the custom order and full payment is received. • Payments & refunds Once payment is made and work has begun, there will be NO refund, NO replacement, and NO exchange under any circumstances. • Transit damage exception The only exception is if your item arrives broken or damaged during transit. You MUST send an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. No video = no claim. If a verified damage claim is accepted, a replacement is made and sent. • Records & transparency We keep records of all orders and communications, not to police anyone, but simply to make sure everything stays clear and nothing slips through the cracks. • Payment Safety Payment details will only be shared via our official email or WhatsApp DM after order confirmation.
